Job Summary:

Accountable for analyzing business processes around IT applications, discovering new business process improvements, and collaborating with development team to implement business and IT solution. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve business processes by identifying requirements and developing solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and developers to gather requirements and provide feedback for IT system enhancements.
• Create and execute test plans for system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, flowcharts, and user manuals.
• Propose innovative solutions and ensure system compatibility with existing software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field.
• Relevant Experience required in business analyst in IT Software field: 3 years

Essential Skills:

• Experience with Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum
• System experience in Netsuite or Salesforce is highly preferred
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Experience working with an agile/SCRUM team is a plus
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence is a plus
• Experience working with software system migration projects is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English is preferred
